**Life sometimes seems to go very fast**, events speed up, lived in a course of days that seem to go at full speed. We wait for special days, vacations, we live them, we are happy, we congratulate others, and suddenly, everything is over.

Back to the routine? To reality? How can we return to a new reality? **Reality is supposed to be the same** as always, the same routine, but why?

In reality **we return but to the unknown**, because things are never the same, the past has already ceased to exist, so we are faced with something new, which perhaps, yes, in many ways is very familiar to us, perhaps too familiar. But can we expect something different? Let's dream...

In some cases it is more than evident, it is a new year in which some of us have unusual sensations, there are small clues that life has left us as a warning. Because **life sometimes throws spoilers at us**...

And I think that has happened to me, and I have the feeling that things change within the routine known reality. My new scenario from last year can be the door to new experiences, in fact **any small daily activity is still something new**. New doors and new windows from which to look at a new world.

New ideas, new announcements and suddenly a new email that gives me new news. A new habit to get used to, that may be one of my first challenges. Do other things you didn't plan to do, learn about new subjects you barely knew about, and walk new streets and byways.

**We keep everything good**, what makes us happy and **we discard what no longer serves us**, that gets in the way, that does not contribute to us, that makes everything rare. It's that easy. Sometimes you have to do it firmly, at times I am aware of doing it radically, but the situation can favor us to do so.

Because **we can start over almost from scratch**, break with the past, and launch not just a new year, but another new way to think and be. I always say it, because that's how I remind myself, **to be grateful for everything** I have, for everything I've been through and for everything I've learned. And now with desire and enthusiasm, and with few expectations that end up frustrating us, it is time to go back to the reality that somehow I had separated, from which I had hidden, and not only during these vacations, but for much longer...

Is it time for the phoenix flying again? It is actually a good date, **the beginning of the year and of much more**. And it is no longer just about making new plans, but about feeling that the whole universe seems to be moving in that direction, we just have to know how to look around with new eyes, and with a new mentality. In the end it will be all new, not just the year.

So yes, **welcome to a new year, new thoughts and a new reality**, that you want to create, and I hope it's amazing and fabulous.
