*** *** Businesses have many reasons why they can fail starting from marketing, funding, location, and the most important thing which is the owner of the business. No matter how good our business is what determines how we are going successful solely depends on our zeal, understanding of the business, and understanding of the customer. Most people grow in business and what I mean by that is the more experience we have the more we understand the business but there are businesses we have to know a lot about when starting and things people will not tell you or teach you are how to relate with customers. This requires skill and sometimes the kind of person we are because some customers are annoying and they do all manner of things to provoke the owners of the business. These are done intentionally because some customers believe I'm paying for a service or buying something and I can't do or say what I like. The way we relate with different customers and understand what they want is a skill that is acquired by time and experience. Sometimes our products are good or the services we render are topnotch but when we lack how to treat people right our success might be short-lived because what brings back customers to our doorstep or referrals is when there's trust and has been treated right in the first place. Some businesses don't allow people to have any form of relationship after but the customer must be treated right and this is always part of the protocols. The main reason why good customer relationships fail sometimes is that some people always take it too far and by getting too close and some people till the extent of having affairs with the customers and we will not only lose the customer but also lose the down downlines he/she introduce. ### Conclusions We can not have it all when starting a business and we can't understand it all but we can always learn from experience and it is important to know that customer relationship is very good and can boost our business even more.
