When you can try to shift your perspective and view things from multiple angles...
Each of us perceives things. We know things. Something occurs and we usually have a natural go to perception based upon the things that have taken up precedence in our way of thinking. Yet often there are actually quite a number of different explanations, or potential reasons for things. It can be challenging but I think it is valuable to try to come up with alternative scenarios and reasons for things when we are trying to speculate.

This is something I think I've written about before but in likely other ways. I've been having it pop up a bit the past two days.

I know we as humans tend to embrace the easy path.

We go for the simplest explanation TO US. We may even quote Occam's Razor to justify this action.

Yet a Razor is not a statement of TRUTH. It is simply a statement designed to make us consider other things. It can also help us avoid spending too much effort on something. Sometimes the effort is worth it but the Razor may at least make us think about whether it is worth it or not before continuing.

The simplest explanation is often wrong.

The simplest explanation may only be correct to a very limited detail but leave out a lot of important context.

It is the job of each of us to try to keep an eye on our own minds so that we do not give in to always choosing the simplest path.

The difficult paths once walked are often extremely rewarding.

The tales we speak of in life are rarely about the simple things we overcame. They are about the things we found challenging and how we overcame them.

A person is not viewed a hero when they do something simple. A hero is someone who does something challenging.

There is some news being talked about all over the place today about 12,000 employees being laid off. Those of us that have been at war with the tech tyrants of the world cheer.

"I Have Difficult News To Share": Google CEO Tells Employees 12,000 Jobs Will Be Cut](https://www.zerohedge.com/markets/i-have-difficult-news-share-google-ceo-tells-employees-12000-jobs-will-be-cut)

I had one of those moments where my natural perception shifted. I suddenly thought of another angle of viewing this announcement. I doubt many people will consider this. I know I naturally do not.

If you know anything about group insurance premiums you likely know that as more people in the group need expensive services it does eventually impact the premiums for everyone in the group. I worked at a place once where one employee had a spouse that required three transplants. After that the insurance premiums were so expensive that while I worked there I had no insurance. The premiums were more than my mortgage.

Given what many of us know about the so-called "vaccines" in the form of the mRNA gene therapy it is pretty obvious that the unusually high number of sudden deaths is likely to increase, but so are the severe and expensive illnesses.

What if you had some guess at whom would be most likely to need this? What if you could get them off of your insurance group before they need to use it?

It was something I considered when I read that 12,000 people at Google were being laid off.

It wasn't the first perspective I had.

I think my first perspective was "Get woke, go broke".

I don't see Google going broke anytime soon.

I did want to share an example of my own shift in perspective as I think if we could make such shifts on as many topics as we can it might leave us more prepared for things. What if our go to perspective is not as accurate?

As always. Thank you for your time.

EDIT: LOL - I looked at this and had tunnel vision had no idea I had a typo and left a letter out of the title.
