# <center>Thoroughly detoxing from Parasites</center> <center></center> --- --- I started my current parasite cleanse with the Activated Charcoal and Psylium Husks; I will end it doing just that. I will only do it for two days. Then after the herbal parasite cleanse and pinworm medicine I will start the Activated Charcoal again but only for 1-2 days. It's gross I know. No one wants to hear about it or talk about it but I'll be that crazy guy people call crazy for talking about medical stuff that people think should be private but yet these worms, parasites and Candida is highly contagious and multiple friends I know have these nasty creatures in them too. I'm just sharing what I did in hopes people can reference this and do their own research. Please seek the advice from multiple doctors if your health is not good or suspect your infected too. I could have avoided this by getting full panel blood work and most importantly stool testing, however doctors refused to test for such and only wanted to do cancer screening. * **Day 1 and 2** -I used Activated coconut charcol with psylium husks. <center></center> * **Days 1-2** -I consistently did yoga from a DVD called Better Belly Yoga, I did 10 miles a day on the elliptical. I also was weight training. The goal was to remove as much body fat as possible. <center></center> * Also, I incorporated back into my supplement routine the MSM, Buffered Vitamin C, Collagen, fulvic ionic minerals including magnesium as well as replacing the a majority of THC intake with CBD. <center></center> * **Days 3-20** -I did a Herbal parasite cleanse using a product called scram from @_healthforcesuperfoods <center></center> * **Days 18-19** -I did 4 coffee enemas over a period of 2 days. <center></center> * **Day 20** - Last dose of Scram treatment was in the morning. I then took Reeses pinworm medicine at night. <center></center> * **Day 21** -Starting a two day activated charcoal and psylium husk run. In which I will do daily maintaince doses of Diatomaceous Earth and psylium husks afterwards. When doing the past detoxes over the past 6-8 months, I wouldn't see any signs of worms until last day of Scram treatment and they were alive but not high in numbers. This time around most were dead in middle of my cleanse. With past coffee enemas I removed hundreds if not thousands of gall stones and thousands of kidney stones not to mention plastic/black mucoid plasma they call it. None of that this time, just dead pinworms. Thank God! I also went from a waist 34/36 inches 6 months ago to a 28 inch waist line😜. I also intermediatly fasted the whole time. (1 meal a day). I feel amazing and most notiably the pressure on my head is relieved and I can touch my toes!😎 I feel great finally and yet again!
