Provide proof of account ownership via Keybase
Since the contributors (especially developers) are required to provide a proof that they own a given GitHub account, I'm thinking - why not do it via [Keybase](https://keybase.io)?

Keybase already provides a way of proving ownership of a GitHub account, via a signed message in a Gist. There would be two ways I see that this could be extended to the Utopian account:

* Keybase developers could be asked to add a field for a Steemit/Utopian account, which would put this proof in one place with proofs for other accounts.
* Utopian could add a profile field for a signed message of pre-determined format. This could then be used to verify the Keybase account, and, by extension, the GitHub account.

Using cryptography seems like a more appropriate way than the currently suggested way of posting a screenshot of a logged in session.

I'll be glad to hear some feedback about this idea! :)
