Greetings, Ecencials! We are excited to announce exciting web update packed with new features and improvements that continue to make your experience on Ecency smoother, more engaging, and fun!

**Geo Tagging:**

*   Added geo tag picker in the publish page – now you can attach geo tag/location your posts. In collaboration with Worldmappin team, we are bringing you initial version of location embedding really useful for business reviews, location sharing. *   Publish, draft, and schedule posts with geo-location.
    

**Waves Promotion Improvements**

*   You can now promote your Waves as well, promoted Waves will only show in Waves feed.
    
*   Muted users won't appear in your Waves, giving you more control over your feed.
    

**New Community Types & Creation Flow**

*   Added 2 more Community types in the creation form
    
*   Added posting and commenting restrictions in the publish and post pages depending on community type.
    
*   Improved community creation UI to match the look and feel of other sections similar to account creation/signup page.
    
*   You can now create a community directly from the Communities page.
    

**Publishing Page Enhancements**

*   Remove thumbnail image during post validation, if needed.
    
*   Added referrer stats to help track engagement from shared links.
    
*   Cleaner interface and better error handling.
    

**Account Management**

*   Added logout and logout + delete user options to settings – giving you more control over your session and data.
    
*   Entire login and private api logic improved, now you can login without giving posting authority.
