You all may know that I think INCOME token is "[the best token on HIVE](https://peakd.com/hive-186392/@ecoinstant/3-reasons-why-income-is-the-best-token-on-hive--bonus)", maybe that is marketing speak, but its 7 years of tweaks and creativity, lessons learned.  I am always playing.  The reblog feature is one of my favorites, used extensively by @melinda010100, and sure, some people did "buy my token" because it meant I might vote on them, but many also found out I frequently and dynamically adjusted the conditions like tags, wordcount and posting frequency to "play" - I always wanted to encourage an open "game" about learning how-to-HIVE.

**And sometimes you have to "play a new game"**.

It seems like we are in the middle of a transition period here on HIVE, and [I am not against that](https://peakd.com/onboarding/@ecoinstant/re-acidyo-sub0jz).  I am an "adapt and survive" kind of guy, and whatever the results of these upcoming innings, I would [keep shoving data into the HIVE](https://peakd.com/hive-186392/@ecotheexploiter/re-edgerik-su8tiv) blocks/database, frankly no one could stop me.

While I cannot tell you what the future holds, I can tell you what has already been changed.

- There are no more daily divs.  
- There are no more daily curation digests.  

We are still curating, for now, by the "old rules"; which are still secret sauce in their entirety, but I am not sure if that will last forever in its current form (in fact, I'm "pretty sure" they won't).  I need time to think, think of a better game to play.  Think of where my new "value add" can come from.  

I will keep playing, just figuring out a new game.

There is a pool, use the market.  Try not to be degens, you can also list on the books.  But - they are your tokens to do with as you please.  

If you hold INCOME, you will still be a curator for us.  Its your choice, and I respect it.  


I will announce further information as I work out the details.  I am reorganizing ALL the things I do on HIVE, and maybe its "the perfect time" too, because honestly, I don't need to be clicking so many buttons each day - I AM BUSY!  Busy with good and great things.

I should mention one more thing, since I sent a lot of "random shit tokens" over to the fund over the years, without recompense, and I also am the largest holder, with around 2/3 of the tokens - I will be shaking the dust directly into my own wallet.  These tiny hive-engine holdings that I never even bothered to calulate into the ABV, yeah I'm just going to eat that as I please - won't wait around to "mierenneuken", but don't worry about [the big stuff](https://peakd.com/@ecoinstats/wallet) - if it comes to that - we split it up.

Its been fun - 7 years! - and I have learned a lot along the way.  This was my baby, but also - it has grown.  Its "too hard to explain" anymore.  And I never shilled it anyway, probably most people don't even know it exists, even some of my good buddies.  I hate shill, I love build.  Its just who I am.
