For 42 weeks the Swarm of Swarms has been utilizing some of the best practices in Agile Development within our open source development ecosystem of HIVE.  All dev teams across HIVE are invited to participate in the MatterMost channel called #SwarmofSwarms, and if a development team is not already in MatterMost you should for sure start figuring out how to get in there - as far as I can tell the first steps are asking around in the [HIVE discord](https://discord.gg/VMsExPmv).  

We have between 5 and 10 development teams reporting (agile-ly) each week, keeping themselves organized, informing each other and together with the @hivetoday posts - making sure the entire community ecosystem we build in keeps up to date with the "stuff that is happening".

## Week 43!

We are finishing up week 43 of this project, led by the humble and humbling open source developer extraordinaire known as @hivetrending, and its been a good week with many juicy updates.  I have to admit that this bit of "agile" in my life has served to organize me as project manager between several development teams we are working with in a parallel manner.  

Its an important task not just to keep the development teams themselves organized (which in my opinion, it does and is useful for), but also to combat the (very real) feeling we sometimes get that "Nobody knows what anyone else is doing".  

Well, this IS the solution.
