In this episode, we are looking at what you can do to increase your potential for a good and insightful experience if you've decide to use a psychedelic substance.

I cover

SUBSTANCE - Making sure it is what you want to use
SETTING - Making sure you have a suitable location for the experience
SET - Making sure you are in a good frame of mind for the experience

All of these are important, whether you are taking part in an organised event, such as a retreat, or are creating the experience for yourself.
