There comes a time in our lives when we see the ugly raw nature of man, when we discover how wicked people can actually be.
Every saint was once a sinner probably, and the memories of those past often scar us in our future exploits.

We were designed to adapt, to love, to preserve our existence for as long as possible and most of all, we were designed to forge ahead.
We often encounter difficult situations at certain twist and turns in life and when we surmount those things, we just look back and shake our heads that we were able to overcome.

The best kind of life is an experienced life, a life where we will meet the good, the bad and the ugly people of this life.
If we meet the ugly, the bad won't really be that bad anymore and when we meet the good, we'll appreciate the value of that good person.

It's not an easy thing tracing our steps when we have been damaged by the ones who were supposed to protect us but we have to just do it.
It doesn't make us fools, it gives us an edge over the people who felt they were being smart.

No one has a monopoly of knowledge and about life, no one can say how life will swing the very next minute.
It could swing in a positive or negative direction but it's going to swing in a direction for sure. We just have to accept and see the best out of a seemingly futile situation.

The truth is if we gloat and feel bad, time will still tick away and we are left with a "wastage." If we also also choose to open up our hearts and let the things of the past become the past, time will tick, only this time, it will tick to our happiness.
