 One day, we might wake up and realize the dream is dead, we might discover that thing which gave us hope is dead, what will be the last word or action we will remember? We might regret never saying those words, we might regret never taking that chance, we might feel bad for letting that person or thing down, but were we really going to take that chance when that person was around? Each moment counts, because we're not guaranteed tomorrow. I have heard when people said they wished they had said a proper goodbye, they wished they had treated that person nicely, they wished they had shown more love and even more hope... Right now when the opportunity avails itself, are we utilizing it? Do we hope to thrive in regret or do we hope to make a better time of it. If that special person died today, what memory of us will they take to the grave. What will be our last words or actions we are remembered for? What positive things have we told them about our time with them? Were there more of good than bad times? Was it all about searching for meaning or total desolation? Someone once said "people will forget what you said to them, people will forget what you did to them, people will never forget how you made them feel."
