In society, there are more talkers and noise makers than doers, and because of their number which is quite impressive, they seem to be always everywhere working fruitlessly to change the status quo to look similar to failure. 

The doers, the ones who will always have their hands raised whenever they see a situation that seems dire, are limited in number.
And because they are, when they make things happen we get blown away and we never get to forget their acts. 

I love the doers and achievers who despite the odds go all out to keep doing what they know how to do. They make things happen. 
They are challenge junkies who thrive under pressure and can handle themselves in chaos and are able to bring to bear good results after the long haul in the tunnels. 

True doers are limited and when we get to see them do what they do, we should rally round them and make their effects glitter. 
Doers and achievers need the world to be on their side as they tackle the things ordinary people will ordinarily not stand up to. 

Be a fan and cheer the doers and achievers to victory; the world needs them in their awesomeness and they will shine bright when we cheer them.
