Do not be a man of success that comes stringed to calamities untold. Be a man who can walk anywhere and anytime with his head held up high.

Growing up, I saw quite a number of folks who were insanely successful but always paying dearly with their health, joy and even the lives of their family members. 

My mum always reminds me of the need to avoid earning success, wealth or fame in the most inappropriate way. 
***Money gotten vainly will diminish no matter how many it is or how sweet it tastes.***

Let your success be a good enough reason for you to have a good night's rest and not one that keeps you up wondering what evil is next. 

The final call of a man's journey should be sweet and with a story that inspires. No man should be a slave to what he should be a lord over.  Success is a good thing but, it should not come at the expense of your soul. 

For some, their definition of success starts reading from the most ridiculous side of things. You should never be conditioned by your wins.
