Spring cold. 
Very often winter does not want to retreat and give the rights to spring. Often in spring there is snow, frost. Even when there are warm days in spring, it seems to be quite warm, dressed in a T-shirt and then comes unexpectedly frost. 
It's easy for us, put on a jacket and nothing to worry about. But plants do not like such changes. Frost can destroy the flowering of trees and then there will be no harvest. Also frost has a bad effect on flowers. One weed is not afraid of anything - not frost, not drought, he is not afraid. 
I think that this is the last frost and soon a warm spring will take over.
