Hey everyone, first of all I would like to welcome you all to my contribution and hope you have a week so far which has brought some interesting experiences into your life! In my new post I would like to talk about an experience I had on my trip and hope you are able to learn new things.

Hong is known worldwide for being an important location when it comes to financial aspects and it's the headquarter of some important banks and the city is lucrative for entrepreneurs, private individuals or even investors because of the special laws. Over the decades, the markets here have developed very strongly, which is why it can now be counted among the most important hotspots in the world when it comes to finance. When it comes to the level of investment, Hong Kong is often referred to as a kind of gateway for investments in the mainland and it offers easy access to the international markets for investors because of the free movement of capital and also in large it's described as a very stable location which offers a lot because of its own laws. Of course, the tax system is also of great relevance and Hong Kong is considered one of the most efficient cities when it comes to the banking nature, but there is also to mention that in recent years the political situation has changed somewhat and thus also the risk appetite has changed, which is why some investors are starting to shy away or move to other locations like London or Singapore. Locations like these are very important to create interfaces between two locations and the legal system that prevails there is based on its own rules and can be traced back to the British Empire, but even Hong Kong is open, there are sometimes strict regulations which leads to more transparency.

One day during my stay, I decided to visit the Bank of China Tower, which is world famous for its unique architecture and over 300 meters high and contains over 70 floors. The architecture can be classified as extremely modern and is especially popular because of the numerous rough edges and the architect is the Chinese architect Ieoh Ming Pei who built the building towards the end of the 20th century. When it comes to benefits, it's considered one of the most important banks in the country, which is known for its high transparency and handles a large part of the international RMB payment transactions and, even when it comes to business with the Hong Kong dollar, the bank plays an important role and controls part of the traffic between these two currencies. The tower has developed into an important point for financial services between the West and the East, but it's also closely linked to the Chinese economy and the current policy of the mainland has also a major influencing factor on the work. It's the headquarters of the Bank of China in Hong Kong and also an important gateway for funds that lead to the mainland and from cultural aspects, it has developed into one of the most important landmarks of Hong Kong which visitors to the city should definitely visit to admire at the special architecture.
