Hey dear Hive friends, first of all I would like to welcome you all to my contribution and hope you had a day that was full of positive experiences! Today I would like to bring an artist a little closer and hope you can expand your knowledge a little.

Here you can see a breathtaking oil painting by the Danish artist Anders Andersen-Lundby (1841 - 1923) who specialized in landscapes and his works are particularly known for being very atmospheric and he had a special inclination to paint winter landscapes. Anders spent his childhood in the city Aalborg and his early years at about 20, he moved to Copenhagen and he developed a great passion for art and decided to teach himself the topic and quickly came into art circles in Copenhagen and he moved with his family to Germany to the city of Munich where he continued his career as an artist and he visited many exhibitions to present his paintings and he quickly made a name for himself and established a relationship with other artists and he also often visited his old place of residence in Denmark to present his works. He also made some trips to other European countries to visit exhibitions and he married his wife Thora Adelheid Børgesen at the time and even got the offer to become a member at the Royal Art Academy in Denmark, but he decided to live in Germany and there he probably taught in Munich as a professor at the Art academy.
