Amigos de FullDeportes, Hive,  3 Speak y del mundo entero un gusto traerles un poco de un deporte que sencillamente me ha cautivado y que lo vengo practicando desde hace dos años, este deporte es el Frontón Peruano, deporte autóctono de este hermoso país que se ha convertido en mi hogar, en mi casa. Y para mi es un honor difundir esta disciplina deportiva, a propósito del torneo celebrado el pasado fin de semana en las instalaciones del Parque La Quequeña, en el Distrito de Jacobo Hunter, Arequipa, Perú. Un  excelente torneo cuya organización estuvo liderada por Oscar Vásquez, uno de mis maestros en esta disciplina.

Friends of FullDeportes, Hive, 3 Speak and the whole world a pleasure to bring you a little of a sport that simply has captivated me and that I have been practicing for two years, this sport is the Peruvian Fronton, native sport of this beautiful country that has become my home, my home. And for me it is an honor to spread this sport discipline, regarding the tournament held last weekend at the facilities of La Quequeña Park, in the District of Jacobo Hunter, Arequipa, Peru. An excellent tournament whose organization was led by Oscar Vasquez, one of my teachers in this discipline.

Y atendiendo al titulo de la publicación, presenciamos excelentes partidos en la modalidad de dobles;  una de las parejas mas fuertes estuvo protagonizada por el organizador del evento anteriormente nombrado y  por Jimmy Arcco, ambos representantes del Club Frontón Hunter. Una de las cosas que puede percatarme, es que en los partidos de frontón modalidad dobles, la finalización de un punto  se extiende típicamente mas que en la modalidad individual, así que son partidos cuya duración tiende  a ser mayor.

And attending to the title of the publication, we witnessed excellent matches in the doubles modality; one of the strongest couples was starred by the organizer of the event previously mentioned and Jimmy Arcco, both representatives of the Hunter Fronton Club. One of the things that can be noticed is that in the fronton doubles matches, the completion of a point is typically longer than in the individual modality, so they are matches whose duration tends to be longer.

En torno al frontón modalidad dobles, conversamos con un especialista en la materia el maestro Carlos Crispín, quien nos explica la esencia del frontón dobles, una esencia que se resumen en el trabajo en equipo; y es que definitivamente  en la  unión está la fuerza. Crispín nos indica que debe de existir una adecuada comunicación en el equipo, para así poder sincronizar los esfuerzos, y ganar puntos y por supuesto  partidos.

Regarding the fronton doubles modality, we talked with a specialist in the matter, Carlos Crispín, who explains the essence of fronton doubles, an essence that is summarized in teamwork; and it is definitely in the union that there is strength. Crispin tells us that there must be a proper communication in the team, in order to synchronize efforts, and win points and of course matches.

Otra curiosidad del Frontón Dobles, es que la línea que indica el límite de la cancha para indicar que una pelota esté  fuera o no, es la línea de color amarillo, y esta es una diferencia muy importante con respecto al frontón modalidad individual. En ese sentido en el frontón modalidad dobles vemos que los jugadores buscan abrir la bola mas a la derecha o a la izquierda, aprovechando que las dimensiones de la cancha son mayores.

Another curiosity of the double fronton is that the line that indicates the limit of the court to indicate that a ball is out or not, is the yellow line, and this is a very important difference with respect to the single fronton. In this sense, in the double fronton modality we see that the players try to open the ball more to the right or to the left, taking advantage of the larger size of the court.

Un gran torneo el que vivimos en la instalaciones del Parque La Quequeña, donde aprovechamos de interactuar con los protagonistas del evento, conociendo así mas rostros del Frontón Peruano, atletas como Hernán Rivera y Cristian Siesquen, nos regalaron un derroche  de talento en el partido que disputaron, y al interactuar con ellos, nos comparten su experiencia en la preparación física y mental para poder rendir en estos partidos.

A great tournament that we lived in the facilities of Parque La Quequeña, where we took the opportunity to interact with the protagonists of the event, thus knowing more faces of the Peruvian Fronton, athletes like Hernan Rivera and Cristian Siesquen, gave us a waste of talent in the match they played, and interacting with them, they share their experience in physical and mental preparation to perform in these matches.

Asimismo presenciamos un fascinante duelo entre los maestros Oscar Vásquez y Gustavo Cárdenas representante del Club Puerta Verde, ambos maestros dieron vida a un partido de muchas emociones, cuyo triunfo se lo terminó llevando Gustavo, y al interactuar con él, nos habló de la importancia de la disciplina, dado que todos los días entrena una hora diaria el Frontón Peruano.
