Big news in the crypto-world as many new cryptocurrency terms are added to Merriam-Webster's Dictionary. Bitcoin has been in the dictionary since early 2016 but it wasn't until this past week that terms like "cryptocurrency" and "blockchain" were added. The definitions appear as follows:

cryptocurrency

noun cryp·to·cur·ren·cy \ ˌkrip-tō-ˈkər-ən(t)-sē , -ˈkə-rən(t)-sē \

Virtual currency bitcoin hit the mainstream in 2014.
This is great news for mass adoption after all how are people supposed to understand the technology if they cant learn the terms through traditional sources like the dictionary.

Below is a video of Peter from Decentralized.tv reading a story about the new terms and adding his opinion as well.
