The brain releases dopamine, serotonin, endorphins, and noradrenaline. These chemicals can significantly improve one’s mood state, directly decreasing depression and anxiety while improving a positive mood state.**</sup>

<sup>**With exercising, growth factors are also released helping with the hippocampus which is involved in long-term memory, and the prefrontal cortex which is involved in attention and focusing. So when you are told to perform exercise for just 10 minutes, you are asked to do a lot of beautiful things for yourself especially decreasing anxiety and depression. When exercise is continuous, the hippocampus begins to release new brain cells thanks to a growth factor that helps improve memory. Also, the axons in the prefrontal cortex are well-connected.**</sup>

<sup>**Exercise doesn’t have to be extremely strenuous. It can go from simple things as dancing, choreographing, and so on. It doesn’t have to tear your body, and you do not have to start extremely hard on yourself. Starting small is one thing with exercise and starting with something you like is even better. Exercise should be fun and not full of regrets. Your exercise could begin with something as simple as cleaning the house, provided you are happy with it and willing to make it fun.**</sup>
