Happy Sunday everyone? How's your Sunday so far? It's a sunny morning today. Great day to wash all the laundries and get them dried up nice and warm. Then in the evening it started to rain. Dark gloomy cloudy sky. How's the weather at your place?

Today I tried something new for lunch. Stir fried chicken stripes.

Cut the chicken breast into stripes.
Marinate with corn starch, black pepper, light soy sauce, mixed herbs, Shao Xing wine and egg.
Slice an onion and chop some garlic.
Hot a little bit of oil in the wok, give the onion and garlic a bit of frying till turn slightly brown.
Add in the chicken stripes. 
Stir fry it until it's almost done.
Add in dark soy sauce and some water.
Stir fry for another few minutes.
And voila! The dish is ready to be served.
