I am fascinated by the fact that in life we can stumble across something that is – to us – new, bizarre and unknown, but when you look at it closer, it’s like stepping into another, fully functioning, universe. My current interests are virtual reality and the blockchain. I feel I am going deeper and deeper down the rabbit hole. 

Here I welcome you to the urls of the things I read this week on cryptocurrency.  I don’t have a tech background. I’m not computer savvy. I’m way too old to be considered a young adapter. I find myself reading more and more about what’s going on and am recording this both as a reminder for myself, and (hopefully) a useful reference for others. Being human, I am sure I will err on the side of my preferred opinion of the time. A lot of the things I read go way over my head. But I aim to record all the things I read, whether I agree with them or not. If I don’t read (or at least skim) the positive and negative reports, how can I make up my mind if I don’t have both sides of the argument? 
 
As a disclaimer, I would be very happy to earn lots of money from crypto investments (I have nothing against being rich), but I am even more interested/invested in the fairness of the blockchain, and the hope it gives me for the future .
