0.000 HBDGuilty Pleasure - Getting referrals without being annoying.
Hello, #### Let me just start by being honest Sometimes I find opportunities on the internet that seem great (too good to be true?). And I want to try them out. You know which ones I'm talking about...the ones that tell you to evangelize to your family and friends??? Yes, yes, I know I shouldn't try them, and all the reasons why, but sometimes I DO want to give it a try. So how do I minimize the social damage? #### The main thing is this I like my friends, and I **love** my family - and I would really like to keep them in my life. ...I don't want them to hide every time they see me!!!! #### Okay, so let's get specific ##### Here are the plain facts: * I found another referral thing. * It's called CryptoTab. I've been interested in crypto-currency mining, but so far I've found it way too complicated. This uses my internet browser - which honestly sounds really cool. * The thing is that you build your mining pool by getting....you guessed it...referrals. Here is a little more info: - I use "Ublock" and "AdBlock" as protection. And made sure they were up and running before downloading CryptoTab from the Chrome Extensions library. - It's a Google Chrome Extension. ### Now for the shameless self-promotion **If you use my referral link --->> https://getcryptotab.com/233507 <<---- you can join my mining pool!** Whew! Done. ### One more thing I don't want you to lose your friends or family too. I see that a couple people have posted their CryptoTab referral links on Steemit already - and if it's working for you, don't change it on my account. But for people like me who don't have referrals, perhaps we could start a referral tree. Here's how: - If you're interested, resteem this post as is - Copy the message (edit if you like) and update it with your own link - The next interested person resteems the original post, creates a new message with their link - and so on and so forth. It works kind of like a chain letter? (Okay, bad example - but you get the point) Not sure if this violates any of steemit's rules, so open to other suggestions. #### Parting thoughts I didn't post this to debate whether referral programs are good or bad. I just want to own up to my guilty pleasure - and looking for the least annoying way to scratch the itch. **Can I ~~get~~ keep a friend???** Also, this is my first steemit post. So please upvote if you liked it!!! Have a great day :)
