Our economic situation is not encouraging to be sincere, where prices of several things have gone high. This have become a major challenge for the poor masses as cost of living is not worth the prices. This presidential candidates during their campaign will make a lot of promises to change situations for good. This promises is just to win the heart of so many citizens and at the end of the campaign, they don't fulfill their promises. It have become a daily routine to experience the hardship in the country as the poor masses intend to suffer it more, where they have no choice than to adapt to the present economy. Every individual is on the mission to fight for their own daily bread since the government don't really know or care how the poor masses are faring. > Suffering And Smiling The economic situation in **Nigeria** is very alarming as the hike of prices is becoming unbearable to handle. The price of food stuffs have gone up where the increment of what was added is more than what it used to be before. This have become a continuous challenge from the previous governments but experiencing the new government have made the situation of things worst. The minimum wage is nothing to talk about because the money involve cannot solve issues, instead it creates more problems when there is no other means of financial survival. We've been having this impression and hope that someday the economy situation will change for good but the question is how long? Citizens have been patient for years but no action from the people in power have put things in place instead those who go into power fight for their own pocket and leave office for the new government to continue the same process. The citizens of the country are really suffering and smiling because their say cannot change the economy situation instead their personal hustle and struggle is their gain to change their own livelihood. It is still not going to be a day job in witnessing a better government and a progressing economy.
