 豆制品营养丰富,做法多多,每天适量吃一些可以增加大豆蛋白,是非常不错的选择。 准备的食材有~昨天做的香菇肉酱(没有就准备豆瓣酱)、老豆腐、大葱、胡萝卜、油、盐、生抽。  1)老豆腐切厚片,大葱斜刀切块,胡萝卜切片。  2)起锅倒油,炒菜的油量,把老豆腐依次放入码好,炸至金黄翻面继续炸,放入胡萝卜炸,再翻入大葱轻轻翻炒。    3)放入少许生抽,放入一大勺香菇肉酱(没有就放入豆瓣酱和少许糖),放入少许清水炖炒。  4)烧熟到汤汁酱被食材吸收就可以装盘了。 一盘简简单单的菜就完成了,老少皆宜,美味下饭。你也试试吧!
