<div class="text-justify">  When I saw this weekly prompt topic about if an opportunity is given to me to change anything in this world, anything at all what would it be, I took it personal. I have always imagined myself in such a high position or to be found in such a position were I will be able to change one thing I could changed that have caused me pained and angry and nothing or nobody will opposed it.  So many things are happening everyday in this world and a lot of people have found themselves in a terrible situations that has caused them sorrow, agony, sadness and have broken a lot of them. Therefore, if I have the opportunity to change one thing in this world I would have change "UNEMPLOYMENT "  Yes, Unemployment. For me Personally, Unemployment has made me to be frustrated and sad for a long time now. Since I graduated from college of health, I have written application letter to so many government hospitals or facilities but none has ever called me for employment. Few friends of mine adviced me to write application letters and submit to the hospital management board or agency, perhaps they will consider me and call me for employment but all my efforts do not yield any good outcome.  Imaging graduating from college of health, a medical college where school fees is very expensive and were not be able to get a job after graduation. Your parents have sold whatever they have just to send you to school and to have good grades so that after you have graduated you will inturn takes care of them and they will enjoy the fruits of their labour for sponsoring their child in school. And despite the struggles, hardship and challenges of life and resources, your parents were able to source for ways and provided your school fees, accommodations, feeding and make sure you were taken care of while you were schooling.  Apart from that experienced, what about the mental, physical and psychological stressed you have went through in school trying to cope up with the assignments, classwork, seminars, writing and defending projects and then examinations. You never gave yourself a restless night without studying your books just so you could come out from that school with good grades.  You have gone to school, colleges, universities and have graduated with good grades and started hunting for jobs everyday up and down. Speaking from my experience for being an unemployed worker for the past 4 years of graduation from college of health, and it has not been easy for me. Before my graduation, I have had plans to achieve, and had hope to secured a good well paying job with government that I will be taking care of myself, my parents and before thinking about getting marry starting my own family. But after my graduation and the issue of unemployment have weigh me down and have destroyed my plans.  I have always imagined getting a good job and earning salary at the month end, starts savings to help my family and I before helping those people around me. But unemployment have crippled that dreams and imagination. I have worked as a volunteer staff, running ups and downs yet no appointments letter is given to me. To an extent at a time I became worried, weiring and lossing up in those dreams I want to achieve.  The governments are not even helping matter, every year students are graduating from different colleges, polytechnic and universities without getting a job. Especially in my country Nigeria, unemployment has become a daily cry for some people. Parent struggles to see their children have had wester education and have good grades. A child will go to university, spend four to five (4-5) years in the university and after NYSC that will child will come home and stay with his or her parents at home and start farming because of no employment in the country. The country is becoming worse everyday and it seems those people in such positions in helping the matter of unemployment has become dumped to the cries of children.  Those people in such positions or high position only secured employments for their children and leaving other people to suffer and got wasted with their results. In my country Nigeria is not a new thing to see a first class graduate doing okada, that's ridding bike or becomes a bus driver or bus conductor due to lack of employment in the country. I know this lack of employment has affected my life and that of other people with the same case.  If only Nigeria as a country will really take this unemployment matter very serious and provide a remedy to it, many youths or graduates could have achieved their dreams or have become better people in the society or community by now. Do you see the rate of crimes, stealing, kidnapping, arm robberies, thefts, young boys indulging themselves doing fraud known as Yahoo Yahoo, most of them are graduates. Due to the rate of unemployment's, so many young people have done a lot of evils and bad atrocity just to have what to eat, what to feed their family with and places to sleep to lie down comfortably.  If only government has given or offer tax incentives that will breaks to so many different businesses that they will need a lot of workers to expand the operation, it could have help reduced the rate of unemployment. Or rather if the governments will help in supporting people's business, giving out grant to people with very low interest loans that will hire people and help people to grow their small business could also reduced the rate of unemployment in the country.  The governments should offer youths empowerment programs for graduates to be given incentives for companies hiring workers and internship that will help children have something to keep them busy everyday. Our country Nigeria doesn't practice partnership with industry. That is, they should be an align curricula with the employer to ensure the graduates that are ready base in the field of studied the graduates have graduated and want to work according to the field of studied.  If government will take a serious and notable positive action against this unemployment case, a lot of crimes and frauds yahoo Yahoo and kidnapping will reduced because most of the youths or graduates will have something reasonable to do with their life than engaging themselves in this atrocities. Unemployment has caused pains, sadness, ineffectiveness, and poverty to somany people and graduates.  If only one have something to do, he or she won't be idle and poverty, stealing and kidnapping will reduced in the community because everybody will be busy going to work to earn a good living or doing the job the government has given to him or her. </div>
