My parents are my first teachers, councilors, role models and staying with them has taught me a lot of things in life. I have lived and grew up to see my parents doing some things which have impacted my life positively and I will tell you guys some of the things.
.Hospitality. My parents love people and especially children. They can't sit down and fold their hands watching anyone suffering if they're capable of assisting the person. They love and cherish people at any opportunity they have. They doesn't help people just because they are related by blood or any relation but genuinely from their heart they will welcome any guests that needs their help and give out their warm arms of assistance.

.Humility. My parents doesn't look down on anybody in any way or condition. Either the person have money or not, influence or any material things that people see and give value or respect people base on what they have and accumulated but my parents doesn't respect one base on what the person accumulated. My parents are so humbled in character and behavior to an extent they will sit and share some of their life experiences and challenges with a child that's not theirs (strangers). They doesn't brag about what they have, or the assets they have gather. They don't engaged in an unhealthy competitive lifestyle trying to impress their colleagues or coworkers.

.Kindness. I have never seen anyone as kind as my parents since I was a child till date. They are so kind to us and even to those people outside the community. They believed kindness is something worth extending for and to anybody that comes their way. A lot of people are going through difficult situations that a bit of kindness shown to them can ease them of their pains and struggles of life. Therefore, be kind to anyone that comes your way

.Stewardship. My parents are religious people and they believed service to people is a way of assessing into greater blessings. They served people that come their way both high and low profile people regardless. They will render service believing later in the journey of life they will receive a good rewards for it.

.Sacrifice. They used to say "sacrifice is a lifter of destiny". They can give out their love, self-respect and values to improve other people lives and destiny. A life without sacrifice is a life without glory. In the community my parents are consider as " CONFIDANT AND TRUSTED ELDERS". Any problems shared with them will definitely yield a good solution at the end. Whatever you discussed with them stays with them. They don't exposed another's person secret or weakness to another's person to gain respect or favour.
