Hello everyone, 

Sorry for being slightly late with this report but yesterday had a bit of a hectic day with DAO Maker Presales. Very glad to see them coming again, we had a couple of decent allocations the last couple of days and a big one, so I expect those moves to pay off soon. A bit of a recap: 

- Four rounds of presales (with three more to go) with a very interesting gem between them, more details later. 
- Although portfolio numbers feel a bit stagnant, a huge number of assets aren't being considered (they simply don't appear and can't track them with cointracking). Soon I'll be updating again the charts to show the real numbers more accurately.
- It keeps annoying me but we have more liquidity locked than ever (+10K$ at presale prices) waiting for projects to list their own tokens (bear market things though). If we keep participating in more projects as they come I'll be forced (I'm already btw) to sell other liquid holdings in order to meet liquidity requirements.

#### Presales at full force: Bear markets are for building.

It's interesting to see how once markets stabilize (at least relatively), projects keep getting built & funded (not with the hype of a year ago, but still). After only 3 weeks of Bitcoin holding its ground presales have resumed and we have many of them this week. Let me make a quick list with our last participations:

- 10/07 - FIU Public & private sales (Ongoing). 
- 10/07 - WRT Public Sale (Ongoing).
- 09/07 - WRT Private Sale: 2250$ allocation.
- 07/07 - ZenoGakki (NFT) public & private sales: 0,48 ETH allocation (around 500$).
- 31/05 - 09/07 XETA public & private sales: 800$ allocation.
- 31/03 - 02/04 PORTX public & private sales: 7800$ allocation.

As you can see the last few days have been busy :), excited to see all of these coming to fruition. Did I say yet that these are more than 10K$ locked on presale participations? Give me an x10 on these and SEED is insta-pumping again into the 2$ range, which would be awesome all things considered. 


#### New Gem on my radar & the first NFT Project where I'm investing seriously: Zenogakki.

Usually, I don't pay much attention to NFT's and even less in bull markets since it's very easy for them to be overhyped and without plans to do anything after the mint and usual P&d. This is one of these beautiful exceptions.

Zenogakki is a project where we got a whitelist spot for the minting phase and we got 2 of their genesis NFT's. 

In a few sentences, they're creating a new anime franchise (with a couple of chapters of the [manga](https://medibang.com/book/102205100606233180023858650/) already released ) and the anime currently in production (+6 years of a storyline). Very strong partners and a huge level of investment PREMINT. This makes it obvious that they're not here to pump & dump, since they're acting like a startup. and a few million invested... PREMINT. Did I say that they do all of this by raising 0 funds? Yeah, premint.

Public price for the NFT's was 0,24 ETH , currently the floor price is around 0,2 ETH. So if you've been looking for an interesting NFT collection with long-term potential and you always wondered how it would be to invest into an anime/manga franchise, this is your opportunity. I recommend you take a look at this. 

Looks very, very interesting. And you can buy at the absolute floor (since the initial price for everyone has been 0,24-0,28 ETH). 

NFTs are an important trend that will only establish in the years to come, so investing early in trends can pay off handsomely. Same as DeFi. Play your cards accordingly. 

### Regarding the current state of the market...

As we talk more and more players keep getting liquidated. Honestly, I believe the worst has passed and only remains a bit of boredom in the months ahead. Relax, better times will come. For now, it's time to keep building, slowly and steadily. We'll get out of this. 

I don't believe people who keep saying that we're going under 15K$ BTC or ETH sub 500$. I mean, it's not impossible technically, but believing that is delusional. Most of the pain is already done and the market is full reset.

You only have to survive.

AUM Value (All assets): 134.500$

SEED BACKED Value: 134000/100000 = 1,34$ /SEED

134/11 = 12,18% MoM profit

I want to revamp slightly this chart and include a few more assets separately, HIVE, DAO, and HBD to name a few. This month SEED is officially 1 year old so I guess I'll do it after the 12 month's mark.
