Small Saturday Project: Automating workspace lights at home
Requirements:

- A smart lightbulb
- A motion/vibration sensor

***

*Step 1: Find a sensor that can detect movement in the room. Since the room is small and used only for working, I've used a vibration sensor for the chair. A motion sensor would be also okay.*

***
*Step 2: Create an automation rule to trigger lights when movement is detected.*

*Step 3: Start working on your chair and enjoy the auto-trigger of your lights:*
