This is a proposal that passed through the Earth Nation Decentralized Autonomous Alliance.

"Ceptr has received funding to empower 3 resident communities located in Ashland Oregon, San Fran California, and Albuquerque New Mexico.

These spaces will unconditionally support those that choose to build Ceptr – the next version of the internet – designed to push controlling power back and increase individual sovereignty while creating new avenues for collaboration. Based upon the design patterns that nature relies on for creating resilient living systems, Ceptr will run alongside and “play well” with the existing internet.

I propose we create a formal alliance with Ceptr, who is willing to share all of their technologies with us. We will help them by promoting their(our) summer internship event."

This proposal was proposed by Dakota Kaiser and passed at 7/2/2017.
This is the tenth major decision made by the Earth Nation Voteholders.
