While waiting for the market to bottom out, I find precious metals a great place to divert some funds. As much as I like them, space is becoming an issue due to the sheer weight of actual metals.

         A few weeks ago, I received a notification from APMEX about Mandolorian Beskar Bars. Being a Star Wars fan, I immediately jumped on the website to see their inventory. Unfortunately, the 10-oz bars sold out as soon as I tried to click on them. But, I was able to acquire a few 1-oz goodies still.

&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;As always, I look for fun designs close to the spot price. The premiums on precious metals are so insane they bother me. This time, I found another piece from the Peanuts series.

&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Of course, I don't want my entire holding to be collectibles. I topped out the rest of my purchase with less exciting bars. The $200 minimum buy-in for free shipping and handling will do that to you.

&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;I try not to splurge too much at this time. To me, it's better to build a better cash position as we approach the bottom of the BTC bear market later this year. Altcoins are another story. Cash is trash, but you'll need it to buy the dip. None of this is financial advice, of course.
