## At The Request

Prior to that (and these pictures are actually a couple weeks old), Luna wanted to go out in the woods today. It was pretty funny, just her and I. We were sitting on the edge of a river bank on a tree that grew out over the water and heard some rushing. She whispers,"what was that??" I had no idea, but it was a heavy crew.

She says, "Oh my God Dad, it's just a bunch of cows." And then we both started laughing. She enjoyed carrying around her binoculars and peering up in the trees at various critters. We had several squirrels chattering at us and what kept her attention most, was a little red-headed woodpecker up above us. It seemed to follow us around. No deer though. At least, not today.

<div class="text-justify">After dinner (and yes, we had venison), all three girls were pumped to get this whole game night thing underway. We didn't make it through one game though, before a slightly ill Khaldeesi decided that since she wasn't winning, she was going to pout and quit. Before the second game got over, it ended up being just Luna and I. So, I decided to teach her to play War. We got about half way into the game and the other two came back upstairs and wanted play again.

We'll get the hang of it eventually. I think the most frustrated was Mommy - even though she won the first game. But, we had fun and then I had to wrestle for 30 minutes against 3 not-so-weak little princesses before bed. That's become the norm now for the past few days since it's cold outside. However you decide to beat your cabin fever - <b>REMEMBER TO BE YOU!</b> <i>I always am, even when getting kicked in the throat.</i></b>
