To fully embrace the change is not an easy task. It requires commitment & belief in something new, invisible. Whatever we think of in this realm, has a certain pattern it functions on. When something causes that pattern to change in, the first reaction usually is a strong desire to get things back to their *original state*. Our miracle machines (bodies) are a perfect example. Eat artificial food for some time and try making serious changes, you'll notice how your body will try multiple ways of "convincing you" to get back to old patterns of behaviors. The same principles apply to anything you can think of. Rough break up? It will certainly be hard. Obviously a change & the fact how you lost someone close can cause you sudden emptiness that occurs, based on strong habits you developed in the past present moments... Don't be a Victim of of habits, a victim of fear. Take everything as experience & use it to become aware of yourself better It makes no sense at all to allow chemical reactions to lead you in life. They do seem to hard to cope with at times, considering our bodies feel strong & realistic emotions, but in the next moment & change is coming - new, stronger you. You do need belief in your Path on that way & strong commitment to be present in the now. Allowing yourself to fully embrace the present moment will let you slow down time. This modern reality tries to convince to occupy yourself & be constantly busy, but in reality being busy makes your life faster & therefore gives you less time to appreciate things that truly matter. Slow down from time to time & recognize your breath. You wouldn't be able to live without it! It's magical :) Often we take lot for granted, but the truth is the things we usually take care about have nothing to do with our *true selves*. Rather with our bodies. Let yourself recognize the things that truly matter & disconnect from the b.s. that is here to distract you. I'll take a guess you don't have much time left to play games with yourself. But still, we play games with ourselves every single day. And after the game finishes, we tend to restart the mission & do it over & over again. Isn't it better to collect experience after first lesson? Universe will always make sure you embrace a certain lesson, especially if it's important for your development on this journey. Listen closely, it's always communicating with you & ignorance will never get you anywhere "good". Believe me.
