today i saw this thing riding a bicycle and i immediately realized that it imust be a modern day headless horseman. i had read about them long ago in a story called *the legend of sleepy hollow*. but i always thought that was just a tall tale by one man with a vivid imagination.  

however, according to wikipedia, they have been observed all around the world for ages::
*The Headless Horseman is a mythical figure who has appeared in folklore around the world since the Middle Ages.[1] The figure is traditionally depicted as a man upon horseback who is missing his head*. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Headless_Horseman 

now here is exclusive living proof that they are still around. just in the absence of horses they are riding bicycles. oh, and of course, they might be women...
