Yesterday (23/07/2018) EOS Argentina pushed the system contract upgrade proposed by the Block One team. This upgrade will introduce a new function called `setramrate` that will allow Block Producers to easily manage the amount of RAM added to the system. 

Gradually increasing Ram supply is a fairly straight forward approach that can be easily implemented if 15 Block Producers sign the proposed transaction. 

The versions used to compile the system contract were:

* EOS v1.0.8
* eosio.wasmsdk v1.0.0
* eosio.contracts v1.1.0

We invite all the Block Producers to validate the system contract proposal before signing it:
