<div class="text-justify">La comunicación es la clave del éxito en muchos aspectos de nuestras vidas, inclusive se dice, que es lo más importante, incluso, hasta por encima del dinero. Esto último, exagerado o no, el comunicarnos, es algo que la verdad nos lleva a muchos lugares. Dentro de ella existen también limitantes: una es el idioma, ese lenguaje que existe alrededor del mundo en diferentes países, que se originó para de una u otra forma marcar diferencias a la hora de hablar o expresar algo, en el momento de dirigirnos a otra persona.

El idioma de cada país es eso, es una forma de hablar o manifestar lo mismo, pero en otra lengua, aumentando la dificultad a la hora de establecer una relación de cualquier tipo. El idioma es algo misterioso, si es que se puede decir de esa forma, que aún no puedo entender. ¿Para qué tanta diferencia? Si en realidad todos queremos decir y manifestar lo mismo. En el caso del saludo, es el mismo sentimiento cordial de saludar a otra persona, pero la gran diferencia es la lengua nativa de un país, es un tema complicado que creo que sería bueno explicarlo en otra publicación.

<div class="text-justify">Luego de una explicación un poco complicada, entramos ahora a lo que en realidad quiero contarles en esta oportunidad, y es la manera en como se está comunicando el técnico alemán Hansi Flick del FC Barcelona perteneciente a la Liga española con sus jugadores, algo muy curioso e interesante, y a la vez de misterio, si sabemos que su idioma nativo es el alemán, y para expresarse, usa el inglés, y cuando escucha a sus jugadores hablar español los entiende, si dominar esta lengua.

Si bien sabemos que un técnico profesional se tiene que preparar para estos casos, o en su equipo de trabajo tiene a una persona que maneja las traducciones, en el fútbol se dice, no se necesita mucho para transmitir una idea, y que el balón pie, es un idioma universal que la mayoría entiende, pero siempre hay detalles que terminan influyendo en el resultado final a nivel estadístico de un club, y que no es suficiente ver o darse cuenta lo que un técnico quiere decir, sino que se necesitan más detalles en la comunicación.

<div class="text-justify">Algo que a mí me llama la atención de este técnico, es que no entiende muy bien el español, pero sabe lo que sus jugadores hablan o quieren decirle, pero él en las ruedas de prensa utiliza audífonos para las tradiciones a su idioma, cosa muy curiosa y extraña que nos lleva a hacernos varías preguntas, y de como hace para comunicar sus ideas, y que las mismas, sean tan efectivas dentro de la cancha, barreras superadas en el idioma que son dignas de admiración.

Más allá de que existan varías herramientas para comunicarse en otros idiomas, creo que lo que Hansi Flick hace en el FC Barcelona, es establecer una relación personal con sus jugadores, aparenta ser una persona muy seria, pero sus mismos jugadores afirman, que maneja un inglés muy accesible, y hace ver todo sencillo, se muestra como un amigo y a pesar de la famosa barrera con el idioma, hay detalles en su manera de ser, que son claves en la comunicación y a que todo marche a la perfección como hasta ahora, que son el mejor equipo de Europa. Que siga rodando el balón.
