I have been looking to get my hands on some stats for comments during the month of June. With the new voting power distribution after HF19, people have been upvoting more, using different voting strengths and for many people upvoting on their own posts has become much more material.  

**How have the payouts for comments faired over the month of June?**

The following graph shows the daily payouts in June for comments on posts.

Comments have become much more significant and in absolute terms a much larger portion of the daily reward pool, pre and post HF19

The new voting power will take a period before people adjust their voting patterns but the step change after HF19 is likely here to stay.
