In my common sense, dependency is so common in our society, our family, our country and the world at large,this show case a situation  whereby  someone need something or people  are unable to continue  in a normal way of life without them taking something from other for their survival.
</p>
<p>
In our culture,Some of our parents do infantilize young adults and keep them in a continue permanent state of dependency, this brings about suffering and hardship 
It also involves other things apart from human being, our different countries do still live under dependency government, and economic dependency.
</p>

<p>
So my little experience of depending on someone in terms of development or any future endeavors,
I was a victim when I was depending on my Step sister to brought me up,I was so happy having a military personnel who is a woman, such a morale, but effort for her to assist me after the date of my father that I was in a very tender age.
She was able to do but disappointed me base on the hope I had.
</p>

<p>
The experience did go that far again,as a friend of mine was disappointed by his uncle,he was all the time be expecting good things from his uncle, this act alone make my friend not to follow us to fought war against Lizziness by engaging in Vocational activities like learning of trade, which i personally started it after having first experience.
</p>
<p>
As the story had it,he was a 38 years in age and haven't achieved anything from that his uncle, this shows that dependency life style is not good and is not encouraging, meanwhile,my friend didn't live with the uncle again,he was now having the full drawing of the world shape that this world is spherical and wisdom is a factor for every progress.
</p>
<p>
Dependable life is not good,it can be disappointed, though it works for some people but it a long time life stress that makes people to be frustrated in life,this concept in not only affecting human being but countries.or nation, family, villages, some in terms of their Natural resources, like what is going on in our African countries that due to dependency government,the white do explore our natural resources to make their money which continue making our continent to live under hardship.
</p>
<p>
How can we do away from dependency life style? ,
In my own perspective,to do away from these life style,we need to reduce our dependency lifestyle, as.individuals we can be focusing on building self-reliance.
We should also develop a healthy  and strong coping mechanisms.
We should also be fostering  in a strong social support systems to avoid unforseen circumstances.
</p>
In the health perspective, some people do depend on smoking to warm their body or keep the strong or make their morale to be more stronger
