With an evolved imagination we are able to create the life we desire operating *The law of attraction* . Heck, without imagination we wouldn't even know what we desire. Our ability to imagine is that devine gift we all possess that enables us to create something out of nothing and to change reality. Imagination is a necessary part of a happy and joyful life as a human being. I decided to create __'The Building Blocks Of Happiness'__ to share simple and effective tips and techniques to fill your life with happiness, joy and purpose. Every topic is called a block and using those blocks we will build an awesome life together. The second block is called __ignite your imagination__. Sadly,in today's frantic world the practice of imagining is considered by many to be a waste of time. In schools, day dreamers get detention and Ritalin instead of encouragement and support. To add insult to injury, many things around us scream for our attention keeping our mind busy with the latest cat video or whatever content the fancy algorithms decide we want to consume next. This leads to very limited imagination abilities, a that hinders our creativity, problem solving ability and greatly lowers our happiness. When I was a kid, I spent hours dreaming and imagining how I would do great things as a grown up. In my imagination I would create great plans and try and bring them to life. When I was 14 my parents went through a rough time in their relationship due to some serious money problems; my father lost his job as an attorney and lost most of their savings on the stock market. Reality hit me right in the face and with it came alcohol and violence. I stopped imagining and with a serious look on my face I started surviving and forgot all about my dreams and plans. I was happy only when I was high. I woke up 16 years later, at my wedding night, the incredible feeling of happiness,joy and bliss I experienced that night made me realize that I can make my old childhood dreams a reality.  The problem was that I forgot how to imagine. when I started looking for a way to awaken my imagination , I came across a scientific approach to imagination - __visualization__. I started to practice visualization daily and to my amazement , the dreams and plans that I had as a child started to manifest. I started smiling and laughing much more and my life now is full of happiness and joy. My dreams are coming closer to fruition with each day that passes. I want to share with you today a simple visualization you can do that will help you get your imagination working full power again. This simple practice is called- __The Perfect Day__ First, write down your perfect day. It can be a schedule or a story in which you describe the most perfect day you can only imagine. Important to keep it realistic, you have only 24 hours a day and you have to eat and sleep. Do this once in a couple weeks, especially when you want to add new details or change something in the story. __The Visualization__ *Find a quiet place for 5 minutes* *Close your eyes* *Imagine with the utmost detail your perfect day and live through it* *See the images* *Hear the sounds* *Experience the feeling and emotions in that beautiful day* *Soak yourself in those feelings* *Open your eyes , smile and enjoy your day* The best time to do this practice is at night before bed or immediately after you wake up.
