When I saw this prompt I knew it had something to do with me, although I love to give most times I fight with my spirit if I should give out one item or not, it may be my favorite item but I may not have been using it for long.

This reminds me of my favorite bicycle that I donated to the orphanage, it was on Monday Evening when my friend called me and asked me if we needed to visit the orphanage, At that period I was so broke that I couldn't afford any items in the market but I had to improvise.

What am I going to donate?
This question was ringing in my mind, I didn't know what to do, I searched all my clothes to find the ones I wasn't using again but I ended up seeing none, it was so difficult to choose between my clothes and shoes, this gets me murmuring to myself because I can't visit the orphanage empty handed.

My mind struck my bicycle that I had packed for months because I hadn't been making use of it and I was planning to get a new one so I decided to give it out, you can imagine the joy on my face when I remembered that I have this bicycle that I cherished so much but I haven't been using it for long, this will also put a smile on the children's face, though it is one and I know children love to ride.

I went to my store to bring out the bicycle and check if it was still in good condition and clean every part so that it can be presentable to them, I know it might look small but it will go a long way in putting smiles on those children's face and that was how I let my bicycle go, I struggled before I decided on it, it was a decision that was so hard before I conclude.

It took me two days to decide, I brought out the bicycle from my store and rode on it for the last time then took pictures of it before I let go, I love my bicycle but I was planning to get a new one which I don't know when I will do that.

The following weekend, I went to the orphanage with my friend she had already bought clothes and foodstuffs for them and she was happy when I packaged the bicycle to give it to the children.

It was a decision that I had to make but was a difficult one, I am glad I did it.
