Hello everyone, I'm new to steemit (as in I started all of 1 minute ago). I figured I would start out with a post asking for the infinite wisdom of the collective and hopefully get a better idea of what this is all about. Sure I could read the FAQ but where is the fun in that. SO a few questions:

How has your experience on steemit been thus far?

Do people just upvote everything?

Does it cost to post? ( should probably  look into that before posting.... nah)
