Hello Steemit <3

My name is Eva Kristin, and I finally got the time to write a post myself, after reading a lot of interesting and funny posts on steemit. I´m 28 years old, and born in a small village (with about 1200 inhabitants in the municipality), with high mountains and fjords, its really beautiful, almost like a little Norwegian fairytale!

Unfortunately there are not as many jobs as a lawyer where I come from, so now I live in Stavanger, a medium size town (in Norwegian standard), working as a legal adviser. Fortunately Stavanger a very nice city too.

As you can imagine I´m a pretty big nerd, love reading law books, other books, playing TV-games and board games. My latest discovery is Steemit (yey!), and embarrassing enough I love collecting pokemons at pokemonGO, haha.

One of my favorite activities in life is traveling. I love getting to know new people and cultures, and spend way too much money on traveling. On steemit I would love to share some tips and tricks about does and don’ts, both in Norway and other places where I travel :) I´ve been to USA, Brazil, Argentina, South-Africa, Sri-Lanka, India, and many countries in Europe. I have worked in the slum in India (2008) and Sri Lanka (2008 - during the war), and have learned a lot about other cultures. That’s one of the reasons my first job after finishing law school was at The Norwegian Immigration Appeals Board (UNE). As I´m from a village with 1500-2000 meters high mountains, I believe that I and my village people are born to love walking in the mountains, so maybe I will show you some nice pictures from trips to my home place and mountaintops too :)

I mean Steemit has the potential to be something real big. Its kind of a mixture of Facebook, Reddit, Bitcoin and blogging, and I really love this social experiment. The nerds meet the makeup-blog, and the stock speculator meet the hipster. And everyone can contribute with what they are good at. I´ve also noticed that people seem to be more genuine than on places like Facebook, and you can earn money on writing quality posts. Therefore I think it's fun to be involved right from the start, and contribute to Steemit growing into the sky :)
