My current job hasn't been doing to well...  for years. It's a family business and I've worked there for about 10 years. My Uncle is technically the owner, but a co-owner with my Dad.

That being said it's put me in a difficult situation. One where I feel like if I leave I'm abandoning a ship that's already sinking. So I guess in some sense it may be the perfect situation to leave.

### And the job offer I received is doing what I love.

Timing almost couldn't be better. It's almost like I can see the lifeboat and it's within arms reach away. Even though it will most likely pay less then what I currently make, It will be 1000x more enjoyable than what I'm doing. And I'll have creative freedom - something I think is entirely undervalued in its own.

There is excitement brewing within my soul right now. And pretty soon I'll probably have a time frame of when this will actually happen. And even though I knew for a long time things weren't going well with my current career and job placement - I always trusted that something better would come a long.
