Bitcoin has found a little bit of support it seems.

Although there's been consolidation, I expect BTC to break out of consolidation and test an upper resistance as we form a bear flag. After that, I believe it will continue to selloff as we test the 61.8% fib level at $3,415. 

Should BTC break the previous low and support at $3,474 and tests the 61.8% level, that will be a strong indication the down trend will continue. 

Technicals on the 1-hr chart are showing lots of bull pressure ahead, so I believe this will help carry up to resistance at $3,748.
