Bitcoin is almost at the cusp of being able to break through the down trend line. If this happens, it'll be the first step in reversing the down trend. However, it doesn't mean we will see continued price action upward. $13,000 would be the next critical level we'd need to see BTC break in order for there to be some justification and prolonged hopes at the bulls pushing prices back higher. 

$9,300 is a level that needs to hold.
