It was just me and my dad tonight. Bianca is out till 22:30, she has her Dutch Course. Two days a week for 3 hours each lesson. Pretty intense. ---  ---- My dad is going back up North tomorrow so that was a perfect reason to fire up the green egg. I decided to make chicken wings on the egg but went the extra mile of using the green egg as an oven first and then grill the wings directly after coating them in a marinade. The result was perfect. I couldn't be happier. I do miss my camera lady (Bianca). It's not always easy to cook with one hand and film with the other. (This is just me pre apologizing for the 40 seconds upside down video that's occurring in the clip) I had a great night with my dad.
