That's what you get on a blockchain where everyone can voice their opinion. It's not always easy to deal with and I have seen more than 1 person crack under the pressure on here. The way I deal with it is just to focus purely on the development and what's being done. Take a small step back and look at Steem as a construction yard or a mall. You will see that shops/buildings are being raised on here every day and add more value to the blockchain but the people that live/shop there might not always see eye to eye.
