While no traction is lacking the necessary support or interest needed to make progress. Even the layman definition of a traction is like having a balance, having a support system. I have learnt through life that we all need support one way or another in our life, because we cannot do everything on our own. Having the necessary support for making progress is necessary, and we need to take advantage of it. I usually say pride would make most reject the support they need, and this is unfair. It is one thing not to have support and it is another to reject support, the latter is bad. When support comes we should accept it and let it give us the necessary help we need for growth.
