 Good evening and back once again with some freshly squeezed light art for your peepers. ____ In the Zone. I got my green fibers out from LP Brushes tonight as they have remained in their plastic tube since Jason kindly sent them over. I tend to use the black ones all the time but I thought I'd give these a run out. I attached a blue filter to them so the strands light up green but the ends light up the colour if the light source. Pretty cool eh? So I spent ages rotating the camera around them and zoom pulling until I got a form I was happy with and which would tie in with my portrait. I started the exposure and zoom pulled the fibers 4 ways with a 90 degree rotation of the camera between each, then swapped lenses to the 20mm. Swapped tripods and on the spur of the moment I decided to light my head using the portrait scanner and a strobing torch.
