As we travel through life, lots of things will certainly happen on the way, but the greatest determinant of success is not what happens to us, but what happens with us. There is a popular saying that "what lies behind us and what lies ahead of us cannot be compared to what lies within us".

Success is first within and then without. several inner factors determine our outward success.

Courage does not always roar. At times, it is just a quite voice at the end of the day, saying I will try again tomorrow.
It's been said that it's not the size of the man in the fight, but the size of the fight in the man that determines the true victory.

I was listening to one of Dr. Myles Munroe tapes, where he said when life knocks you down, you should always look up, because if you look up, you could get up. It is the spirit of courage that declares.
Keep this in mind "it is not over until it is over, and it's not over until you win".

You were not designed or created to be defeated. You were created and configured for dominion and destined for greatness. But to win in life you have to keep on trying.

When I first joined steemit, if I must say it was really hard, my posts hardly got upvoted but I understand the principles of don't give up until you win, and now its getting bearable for me.
You complaining is okay, but talking about giving up on steemit is quite funny, if you give up where are you to go?
Facebook or other social media that you only have fun in, nothing more. Don't forget fun is spending and what adds value to you is investment.
The sweetest part in all is that on steemit you are not just investing but also having fun.
People made it on steemit and as such you can also if you continue trying.

The race is not for the swift but for those who can keep moving. It is the hammer of persistence that ultimately drives the nail in successfully.

Courage says "never say never", for those who say it cannot be done are usually cut of by somebody doing it.

#### How do I be courageous?

It is very simple, by making up our minds. Nothing is more powerful than a made up mind.

#### Conclusion

Never settle for what is available because you are comfortable at the expense of what is possible . When the going gets rough, tough and hard, the courageous gets going.
What challenges are you facing?
No matter what, they are not enough to make you give up on your dreams.
Make up your mind and you will survive, if you dare yourself to survive, then you are sure you will arrive at your destination.
Get up and keep going . There is success at the front, and greatness in the future.
