And one more thing is virtual real estate, which is linked to the Metaverse. Minting is a core of NFT minting, which is at a core. The process is borrowed from Cryptocurrency mining. But here we're seeing a difference, which we are going to talk about.  So, what does minting an NFT mean? So, let's say you have a digital file, for example, you have an art piece in digital form. Now you have to mint that digital file to convert it into a unique token on the Blockchain. After the minting, that token will provide authenticity and add ownership. Minting is the process that converts one simple digital file into a unique token that cannot be forged, altered, and it creates value for that digital token. So after this minting, your art or any song or anything will become a part of the Blockchain. It can be anything: a tweet, an image, A song, or anything that you believe is art. Now the question comes to mind that just clicking the button mint NFT, so obviously, mining has a cost that you have to pay. So if you are a newbie, then you have to understand this concept. There is an expense of Gas fees. You can say it is a transaction fee that you are paying for the Node validators, because these validators process your transactions and validate them, and this is basically designed for the Ethereum Minters. For the other blockchain NFTs, the process may be different, but minting is the same; however, it can vary in gas fees and the process. In Ethereum blockchain minting, the cost of minting fluctuates a lot, and sometimes you have to pay high fees, and sometimes there are Low fees. There can be other fees that are platform fees. For example, if you are using OpenSea, then you have to pay a fee that OpenSea has implemented. Now again, the platform fees depend on the platform Which platform you are using. I have one idea for the Smaller creators if they want to mint and list their NFT, so there is a lazy minting where the NFT is not going to mint it fully until it's purchased. So this is a good idea for the small creators. They can enter this NFT world too. So this is like shifting a cost to the buyer. And this is a nice idea that you must try.
